Import – Export Customs Clearance

Siam Pickpack has our own Import-Export Customs Clearance Department in Bangkok to ensure each of our client’s shipments get the best help from us. We offer tailored services to suit every shipment. Our experienced staff will answer your questions regarding importation, taxation, and clearance procedures, prepare documents and/or electronic submissions, calculate on behalf of the client all taxes & duties and facilitate communication between importer and government officers to ensure your consignment clears customs swiftly and efficiently.

Import Documents Required

Under Personal Name

Thai residents:

  • A passport/ ID Card
  • A Bill of Lading or Air waybill
  • Invoice & Packing list
  • etc. (Upon special requested)

Non-Thai residents:

  • A passport, Visa
  • Work permit
  • A Bill of Lading or Air waybill
  • Invoice & Packing list
  • An application for taxes and duty free allowance; and
  • Other documents e.g. a letter of authorization (if any)
  • etc. (Upon special requested)

Under Company Name

Thai / Non-Thai residents

  • Director’s Passport (if Thai-Copy ID Card / if Nonresident copy of passport, Visa and Work permit
  • Company Documents
  • Company Bank Statement
  • A Bill of Lading or Air waybill
  • Invoice & Packing list
  • etc. (Upon special request)
